HOME COURSE IN MENTAL SCIENCE Helen Wilmans 1831-1907 "Mental Science teaches the road to life on the external plane. It teaches how to improve and strengthen these bodies. As the body is every particle mental this can only be done by an increase of knowledge. “Knowledge is power,” says the wise man. It would not be power if it did not add to man’s strength on the external plane. A man has no place to make use of his knowledge except on the external plane. Knowledge must be applied to uses or there is no need for it. Everything under the sun teaches us this fact."
